If a shop rag fee is always added to a repair bill it should be in the quote, and if the brake system is replaced the brake fluid has to be replace and it certainly should be in the price quote. I realized the quote was just out of a book but the book should represent the known cost before taxes.

We had our Highlander in for transmission trouble , and no one could answer our questions about what was wrong with it. Only answer we could get was “it’s bad”. What was/is bad? “It’s just bad!” Maybe have someone like the tech call and explain what they found or make notes for someone to read to help answer something. Now we have to take it to another shop to find out what is actually wrong.

About a year ago, I have the same problem with the driver's side window, that I had last week with the passenger side window. Same fix, same symptoms. A year ago, it cost me just over $100 at your dealership to have the window fixed. This time, it cost $300, with taxes and the credit card fee. There's no reason the price should have almost tripled for the same work. When I spoke with Beth, she Justified it by telling me that the technician had to try to locate a replacement screw, as if it was a labor intensive process. The screw was in the bottom of the window pan. Very disappointed in having to spend so much, for the same service that I got a year ago it cost me almost 1/3 of what I paid last week

Initially we were told that we needed 4 new tires. We told our service advisor that we would go with our regular tire provider for the service. She seemed displeased at our response. When we got the tires checked by the tire provider, we only needed 3 tires replaced. One was only 4-5 months old and was in good shape. We’ve been able to rely on the recommendations in past, so this was concerning.

I feel that 2 hours for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous. When I scheduled the appointment I said that I would be waiting on the truck. Also over the past two years prices have increased approximately 35%. Also tire pressures ranged from 42#-47#. No tires had the same pressure. Previous to service they were all at 35#. Amazing after 2 hours they did at least put oil back in engine.
