Michael and the entire team was great. The new system with the multi point checklist as well as advisory if any additional work is needed is a bit confusing. It took me a few minutes to figure out and I am tech savvy. It will be much more difficult for your non-tech savvy customers. The UI and UX are confusing and could use some improvement on the customer side.
