I never spoke with Carly, with whom I had the appointment. Additionally, I was charged, without my knowledge, $155 to “reattach” the windshield washer fluid hose. How much time would that have taken? Five minutes??
While I paid the charge, obviously, I am choosing to let this be my —- my family and my friends last time visiting Cherokee Toyota.
