I was there for 4 hours and had no contact from Mr Guzman. I only received texts from the system. I approved extra work via the text. I never heard if it had started or anything. I texted via the system 4 times and heard nothing back.I eventually went looking to see what was going on and another rep told me my truck was ready and that the paper work would be done shortly. 15 minutes later Mr Guzman brought the paperwork to the register so I could pay. I understand people are busy, I just wanted some communication.
