i have received a text that my car is ready for pickup at 3:46pm i had arrived on 4:04pm which the service area was completely closed and no one was there to help me to pick up my car. this is so embarrassing because how do you guys know how far im leaing? at least you have to giveyour customers 30 minutes wondow tocome and pickup their cars.i wont bring my car to this location anymore.

The seat and every mirror were adjusted. I'm 6'10", I get they'll likely need to adjust the seat. But for driving it a couple hundred feet, can't they be trained to just move it forward, not mess with the recline and height? As for the mirrors, if they really can't back it into a space without adjusting everything, maybe don't back in? Or get a second person to help them? It would take 10 seconds to guide someone in, way longer than it took for me to try to fix it.

Jonathan was my service advisor. He made sure my 2021 CHR got it's scheduled service. He also asked me what brought me in. I want to buy a new battery. My CHR was dead in my garage Monday morning.I called AAA Automobile Club for a jump. They test my battery and said there was 60% left on the battery so I thought I should buy a new battery and get it installed at Bob Smith Toyota. Jonathan called and checked in with me bought getting my Cabin Filter replaced. I wanted to do that and forgot to tell him when he was checking me in at drop off time. When I came back to pay the cashier, Ashley & Jonathan worked together to help me wih the coupons that Toyota just emailed me this week to get me the best discount on today's work and saved me $50. Thanks so much!
