Although staff is very friendly, cannot complain at all about the customer service. I received a text 30 minutes before closing time on Saturday that my car was ready, I knew I could not get there by 4:00 pm. I called Saturday and asked if ok to bring rental car in and pick up car on Monday since not open Sunday. Was told yes and no charge for rental. I came in this morning to drop it off, but the paperwork nor car was ready. They apologized for the glitch in their system and rep at the time came up to me and apologized again for the inconvenience.

Was told it would take 2-2-1/2 hours and he would be in touch. Returned after 3 hours and was informed that it was recommended that I replace several filters. It would have been nice to get a an ETA by text or a call about the filters. He was not in touch. If it’s going to take 3 or 3-1/2 hours that’s fine. Prefer to be told that up front rather than a shorter time that’s inaccurate. If they say they will be in touch, I'm expecting an ETA.
