1. The advance payment arrangement was a waste of time. I still had to spend time at the cashier desk signing multiple forms. Also, the cashier had no notification that I had paid in advance, and it took considerable time for her to look up and confirm that I had done so. It would have been quicker yo just pay at the desk. Your system needs a lot of work.
2. I brought the car in at 8:00 am but it was a cliffhanger whether I would get it back before closing time. I had to bug the rep to give me an update. As it was, it was just after 5:00 when I was able to drive out. The valet had already left.
