Kyle was less than satisfactory. He treated me with much disrespect and narcissism. He also lied to me multiple times about my car and tried to get me to pay $2,000 for parts when a part that is out with a safety recall causes the exact same symptoms. He also told me that they kindly replaced a fuel injector in my car. When given said "bad fuel injector" back, I found they had a spark plug in a fuel injector bag.

As I told my service advisor, I worked for American Honda for 30 years and auto logistics and I’ve been in hundreds of dealerships Honda dealerships. And that’s why I always take my Honda to a Honda dealership certified technicians are the best service advisors are the best and you always get treated like you’re somebody important. I originally took my car in for an AC refresher. My AC is still not working and I wasn’t informed on their being anything wrong for it not to work. Everything else was very informative and the person who helped check me out was very helpful in explaining some of the things on the multi point inspection list.

Everything was great except for this being the 2nd time my dash settings were not done/complete. I live 45 minutes away and so I have to drive back again to get this taken care of. My gas, time and inconvenience is not quality service and it is very frustrating. I should have checked before I left, but really, should I have to do that? The 1st time, I did not complain and drove back and got it taken care of,because , things happen, but twice . . . is a trend in the making. We love all the Hondas we've owned as well as my grown children's families owning, but service is a big piece of the experience.

Cheryl is great to work with so it's not a reflection on her service, but the app was down so I couldn't communicate very well. I had called and left a couple of messages to the general voice-mail but didn't receive a callback (I didnt figure I would). Then Cheryl let me know it was ready for pickup and Don was great to swing by with the shuttle. Before leaving, I tested the mirror again and it was acting up still. Then, a service member came out and had to still pop the mirror into place. The upsetting part is that if Cheryl and I didn't test it out before I left, I would have paid for and driven off with the same issue as my arrival and potentially had the mirror I just purchased pop off or have issues. It makes me wonder if it was tested or checked for quality in the first place. Overall, I have liked working with Underriner because the people are good, but the process isn't always smooth, and sometimes can be quite stressful trying to communicate during the day amidst my hectic job.
