There was too much confusion over my warranties. I had a service warranty for work previously done on my vehicle, plus I had an extended warranty that Ford should have known about. I was billed for parties and labor that I was already covered for. Also, I’m not sure Ford checked the carfax on my vehicle at first to understand the history of my vehicle issues.
The service manager finally made the right calls and made everything right regarding my warranties and a correction on my bills. I feel that should have been done first by Sid. It caused me stress and loss of trust in the Ford dealership. Mike B
