This is the first time in 12 years I have to be surcharged because I am paying with credit card in any Honda facility.
I feel the charges were not justified at all. I have been servicing my Honda cars for the past 12 years and this is the only charges where you don’t even know the workmanship and the oil and other products cost.
This was my first time at your service station it’s a welcoming experience.

I asked the lady to tell the mechanics not to fill up my washer fluid. Well when I got report it said they filled it up so I went out to find out if the lady told mechanics not to fill it. Well left a note on it. Well when I went to find out the guy said she didn't leave a note well when I walked out there to the bay to get my car I told her she didn't put a note about my windshield washer fluid and she grined. This is the second time this has happened.

1. I told them that I had some of the things done on the car already (example brake fluid exchange) and they keep asking about it multiple times. 2. I spent over $4,300. When I went to use my credit card, you were going to charge me 3% for using it. That is an additional $130. Absolutely RIDICULOUS! In fact I probably will not come back to your business. Otherwise everything seems to have been done correctly.

I came in today for an oil change. And noticed when I turn my heat on, I hear a loud noise. MY CAR was NOT making any noises when I brought it in today. I can definitely say I'm not at all happy about this.
