He left the dealership and Jessica had to check me out.
When I got in the car, the radio was blaring and also not on Ecco for the car.
I was there from 1:45 to 3:20. Oil change and nothing else after the things they checked. Very disappointed because I have been a customer for many years. I am however grateful they got me in today.!!

At my check in I was told my “estimated “ charge for my services would be 615.89 and when it was time to pay it cost me 827.72 and when I asked why the excuse I received was the transmission fluid and transfer case fluids are expensive.
If a Honda repair shop doesn’t add the cost of the fluids in their estimate that in my book is deceit
The amount of oil is included in the cost for a oil change!
A Honda service department should know how much fluid and parts it takes for the changes and add the cost in the estimate
If I’m not seeing this correctly please convince me otherwise
