I received 3 calls to schedule the recall within 3 1/2 hrs. When my husband scheduled it (as all calls were while I was working). They told him it’d be an hour. I get there today and they said it’d be 45 min for the maintenance look over and then an additional hour and a half to two hours for the recall. Ended up taking almost 2 hours total. Time communication has always been an issue with the service department I feel. I just ask to be more open and honest so people can appropriately accommodate who don’t live in Kokomo. I drive 45 min to service my vehicles there, not just in city limits.
