I used the shuttle and I know for a fact My car sat done and waiting for 2 hrs and then the original price quoted me was like $527 right, and it did say that there might be some leeway in that but ask me How come I went from $527 to $797 in an hour and A 1/2? The wrong oil was used in my 2023 vehicle. I will be bringing the vehicle back tomorrow to have it changed.
Everyone was very friendly but this mistake should not have happened as the oil label is visible directly under the hood.
