Technician used an impact or power drill to tighten the screws on the engine air filter housing. Screws are stripped and some have the heads broken off with the rest of the bolt still in the slot.

While everything was much better than my last appointment and I am very satisfied, I was thinking it would be nice if my vehicle (and everyone’s vehicle) could be run through your car wash. That’s all really. Loved the texting of updates and pics of parts needing replaced and info on my tires and brakes. It’s trivial I know, but just thought I’d say it. 4.5 stars. Thanks!

Unfortunately, we waited far too long for a standard oil change and tire rotation. What should have been no longer than 55 minutes, was over a two hour wait. We have no clue who Anthony White is. Our appointment was at 1:15 pm we checked in 15 minutes early. We saw many customers come and go after us, yet we were still there waiting. After over an hour and thirty minutes, my husband went to check on our vehicle. It was no where to be seen in the service area. He inquired what the status was and all the service advisors seemed to not know anything. It took an additional ten minutes for them to figure out what the issue was. Some how the vehicle was pulled outside the bay and forgot about. My husband and I were surprised with such a small dealership and service department how something could slip through the cracks. The gentleman who checked us out offered us a free oil change, but to be honest we’d never come back to have it serviced at your establishment. We have six children that attend three different schools. Had it not been MLK Day and schools were not in session, it would have put us in a bind. When we pick up at one school at 3 and the next 3:50. When I scheduled the appointment I inquired how long it would take and I was told no more than 55 minutes. I never expected to wait over double that amount of time. It was very disappointing knowing we purchased the vehicle over a hour from home, due to the lack of inventory locally, and now can’t even have service preformed in a timely manor either. You guys need to do better. People from Hamilton County are moving this way and we have higher expectations. The service department needs to do better period.

I used the shuttle and I know for a fact My car sat done and waiting for 2 hrs and then the original price quoted me was like $527 right, and it did say that there might be some leeway in that but ask me How come I went from $527 to $797 in an hour and A 1/2? I would like some explanation to that, please.
