The only thing I had an issue with was the amount of time it took to complete the work. Other than that, the service was great as always.

No need to call me. Service writer was on his phone when I arrived. Asked me to wait until he was done on his phone. When car service was complete he didn’t know that I had Toyota care and stated that I owed for the service. He did correct that and did not charge me. After I got home received a call that the tech had forgotten to put the lug nut tool back in my car and that I needed to come pick it up at my convenience. Just overall not the best experience.
