Took way too long to get the keys back when the car was completed. The service adviser was busy with another customer for a half hour and nobody else could get me the keys. When I got home I noticed a lot of greasy hand prints all over the front hood and grill. My car was spotless when I dropped it off. Not impressed at all. Will have to find an alternative service place.
