My appointment was confirmed by text with Scott Bechel as the advisor. However I wasn't on the list when I came for the appointment. Personnel
Fixed it. I worked with another advisor who did well. My car service also went well. I just didn't like Scott saying I must have canceled or rescheduled my appointment as the reason for me not being on the list when that was untrue.

I’m glad that service department has significantly improved. I also appreciate that they used a protective seat cover and a paper mat so the inside of the car stayed clean. It’s the little details I notice that make me keep returning to this Lexus dealership.
