The guy that checked me out was very rude. Meaning he was not friendly and his body language was not welcoming at all. My car has a leak and I as a woman was asking him questions like how did this happen or like is it something that I need to get done now or is it ok if it can wait? I think these are questions that aré important to get appropriate answers and not a tone of excuse my language being a smart ****!!! He could have Been kinder and maybe suggest things but instead he gave a tone and body language of well if you want to get it done do it if not just monitor it. He made me not even want to do the service there at all just because of his demeanor. He definitely isn’t an asset to your company if anything he will be a downfall to your company. Anyways I normally don’t fill these things out because I work for a company who also of course do these customer service stuff and I hate when customers only write bad ones. But this guy he hit a nerve and I feel bad for future customers who may not exactly know much about cars and get the answers he gave me.
