The wheel alignment was done efficiently with no complaints. When my advisor said my wipers needed to be replaced, I authorized to get it done. When I paid for the invoice, I was shocked that almost $80 was for labor to replace 3 wipers. If I knew the dealership was going to charge me that much, I would have done the job myself. And it wouldn’t have taken that amount of time to replace them. Some dealership would offer that as a complimentary service when doing some type of service on the vehicle. Plus, my advisor didn’t offer any discount. I’m from LA. I was offering some business to you and you took advantage of me. Unhappy customer, Dave Mark

The service that I received from Henry Montoya was excellent and my courtesy loaner was ready for me and I was on my way in no time. A few hours later Henry called to let me know that my car was ready for pickup and the car also got a courtesy car wash.

The guest waiting area is dated. Doesn’t have electrical outlets to charge your phone near most of the seats. Minimal tables. Chairs are old / uncomfortable. Lacks any privacy to make work calls. Check out the Honda Dealer waiting area to get an idea of what other dealers do for a better experience. Thanks

I have worked across the country and have taken my car to many Lexus dealerships over the past 10 years. I recently moved to Las Vegas, and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a Lexus dealership. I had a 9:00 AM scheduled appointment and was initially told the service would take no more than two hours. Despite this, I did not receive any update until after 2:00 PM—and only after multiple calls and text messages from me throughout the day. At that time, I was informed that my car had not even been looked at yet. This is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication made the situation significantly worse. A manager finally called me around 3:40 PM, after I had already picked up my car, and explained that the dealership was short-staffed. I work in healthcare and fully understand staffing challenges; however, it is not acceptable for a vehicle with a 9:00 AM appointment to go untouched until after 2:00 PM without proactive communication. Because it was nearly 4:00 PM, I asked that the requested services not be completed. The manager offered a loaner vehicle for my next service, but my next scheduled service is the 90K check, for which a loaner should already be provided upon request. I am not looking for special treatment—I want a system-level change so this does not happen to other customers. I felt that my time was not respected in any way. This experience has caused me to reconsider my loyalty to the Lexus brand, as I am now in the market for a new vehicle and do not want to continue receiving this level of service.

Vince is an incredible advisor whom I’ve trusted my service needs with. The rest of the service experience (1/2 hour waiting to check my car in), inability of the team to provide an accurate update while Vince was out of office, and waiting an additional 1/2 hour for my vehicle after checking out made this an unusually lackluster experience. I had to drive to the dealership after waiting for callbacks over two hours today.
