I’m upset that a nail couldn’t be repaired and I ended up spending $641 to get 1 tire replaced. I will no longer bring my car into your service department.

I find it rediculous that the fee for an oil change is 300 plus dollars and they don't even wipe out or vacuum the vehicle for that kind of money. The amount that the car even costs tells me that Mercedes Benz would be a better option for my next lease, as they do all of this with a service.

Almost 3 hr service. The side mirror is still vibrating even in a mild uneven road. It makes me dizzy looking at it. They should’ve tested it before telling that it’s fixed.

Everything was satisfactory. The service personnel were very friendly and attentive. The service managers were able to help me with an issue and it was a pleasure ( as usual) working with everyone at Lexus.
I always tell everyone the reason i keep on buying Lexus is mostly due to the great service i get from the service department.
