Our family is so happy to be a part of Lexus family. Your company has always taken great care of us, especially this time when I needed it the most. Katrina helped me out tremendously and took care of everything smoothly for me. My mom has been in the ICU and she made sure I got to and from the hospital after I dropped off my car to get it serviced. I was famished upon arrival (haven’t eaten due to stress) and having snacks available in your lobby was such a nice touch. I was able to grab somehing to snack on and drink a bottle of water which held me throughout the stressful day. Having a great, unexpected support, certainly from strangers and your amazing company is what does it for us. Thank you, Katrina and Lexus company for making such a great impact on people. I save people’s lives in the hospital for a living, but let me tell you.. you guys saved my life yesterday.

I was misinformed of the length of the appointment. I had to wait from 9.30am until 1pm for a 15,000 mile checkup with no repairs done. It was very difficult! Kay was great and she tried to help but she told me that if I get a ride to my office I won’t be able to get a ride back to pick up my car. A loner car was not available even though I asked for one and I booked the appointment 2 weeks prior. Using uber is not an option for me. I don’t feel comfortable in strangers’ cars. I appreciate your time to read my honest feedback.
