Wait times too long. In my specific situation, I had my car towed for repairs. I was expected to come in as my car problem occurred the night before. Upon arrival at the dealership, my car was taken to the back and I walked inside and spoke to Don who checked me in. After waiting for 30 minutes,I asked for a status and it appeared I needed to meet with a Service Advisor. After 15 minutes, I met with Kay who was made aware of the issues. After 2.5 hrs, I was told the work was completed. After inspection, one issue was not addressed of which I waited another 30 minutes before confronting Kay & Don on how to move forward. I now have another appointment to hopefully fully address the service issue.

The service I had performed today was to include topping off fluids and at this point in time, I don’t believe I have any windshield wiper fluids. I attempted to use those today and there’s nothing in there. My service writer informed me I could come by and have them check it, but I really don’t have time, I would think that the mechanic would have checked that especially since I bought windshield wiper blades on this
