My battery was dead needed a jump start from Lexus Roadside, the service writer Victor was very professional and explained the process. The battery was recharged after several attempts, after fully recharged it was reinstalled, why wouldn’t the battery be replaced with a new one to save many further aggravation towards the customer. My vehicle is two years old with 8700 miles still under warranty?
