Great service! I started with Christina and then another gentleman help me. I forget his name and then it was handed over to my advisor of 18+ years Ohagan. I certainly appreciate LEXUS and the five star service I receive every time and thank you for being so patient with my returning the loaner car. I am a realtor and my days Start very early at times with online meetings, etc., and go into the evening 9 PM when the lockbox is closed. Everyone has been so kind and gracious. I will be returning the car tomorrow. And once again, thank you for stellar service. Couldn’t imagine owning any other car. Mr. Butler has certainly created an amazing culture.
