I’ve been coming to Lexus of LV for a few years to service my LX. This is probably is worst experience I had… definitely not up to Lexus standard. Kay was professional and got me in and out quickly. However, I have to wait about 15 minutes to get my car. This is toward the end of the day around 5:45pm so it’s not busy at all. Furthermore, the LX was not washed. This is the first time that I did not receive a washed car after a major service. I don’t know if you have changed your policy about washing after servicing the car or not.
Overall, not the same experience I had previously.

Ms. Kay Andrade was carried herself well and she pay attention about my concern of my Lexus RX 350h AWD.
The downside is the person who is responsible for cleaning the car. When I picked up the car late afternoon, I was really frustrated due to, the car was NOT clean and they did not vacuum inside.
Both side mirrors are dirty and i requested to remove the adhesive in the windshield glass in the driver side due to, LEXUS put a sticker on the windshield and when I bought the car last August 2025, they did not do nor perform a Details on the SUV which I almost paid 75K cash on this SUV.
The Sales Person is Mr. Scott Seolliere and he is very much aware of the adhesive in the windshield and he told me just return the car and LEXUS will do the Detailing and remove the adhesive.
I went 2 X already and requested the same issue but for NO avail.
I asked myself if this is what I'm getting for the 75K worth of car buying at this Dealership . . ?
Or should I go to another LEXUS dealership which they might pay attention to my concern and request or should I go back to LEXUS of Glendale California where I get my first 2 Lexus in which the people are more attentive to the needs of their customers.
I know that Ms. Kay Andrade noted my request but the question is, does the person responsible to do the job did ???? correctly.
Now I'm having a negative impression with Lexus of Sahara. I normally change cars every 2 to 3 years.
