I arrived at 7:30 am for an 8:00am regular service appt. (Flyid check and tire rotation)first in line and empty service lounge. Got a courtesy text at 9:00am that car was done and wait and see vehicles by vehicles leaving before mine came out. My car finally came out at 10:30 am and im so frustrated because i have to cancel some commitments because of this. I made an appointment in advance just to be treated this way. Previous services was excellent but this last one was not pleasant.
