She further checked in her system why I was being serviced with my 2020 Toyota Corolla.She further stated that their technician would be servicing my car and she showed me where I could sit in the waiting area. I was notified when my car was ready and a few other areas needing maintenance was brought to my attention. I spoke to Symone and we scheduled a date and time to return to have my car further serviced. You can’t beat good customer service!

During my visit to the dealership to have my car batteries check, I unhelpful service experience.Despite checking me in the employee was unaware that my car is a hybrid and required specialized attention for it's batteries. I had to explain this to him myself .I found this not solution oriented. What made the situation worse his use of the term"honey" when addressing me, which felt disrespectful and inappropriate for a professional setting. This experience did not meet the standard of service I expected.

It was more of a disadvantage. I had my oil changed to have it leaking all in the garage bc. its not properly tighten. I asked for tires prices I said the prices are too high , I got my rims scratched. Not happy customer
