I've been taking my corolla to advantage Toyota for 10 years(seems like) and always very satisfied with your maintenance work especially with master technician Lolie. I have a 2019 Avalon also taking it to advantage, along with my son's 2014 highlander, always trust your maintenance work on our Toyota's.

It would be nice to have charging stations for mobile devices and free water bottles for those that don’t drink coffee or maybe even tea would be nice. I was not updated on my car service at all!!!
I had to go back to the desk and have another service person check me out, because Will left for lunch and didn’t inform the customer ( me ).
I waited and waited and almost missed my next appointment at 1 pm. My oil change appointment was at 10 am. I arrived at 9:50 am.
The other service lady gave me $10 for my unfortunate long wait, while he went to lunch!!!
