I had an appointment for 11 AM for oil change and one added service. At 3:45 my car was still not ready nor wasn’t even looked at. After the oil change was complete. It was now 4:30 PM. I should not have waited that long, especially without no one coming to let me know there was a delay. and give me the option to reschedule. After receiving my car back, whoever whomever parked my car after the service left my steering wheel oily, my door handles inside and out had grease and oil on it… the door on the driver side had grease fingerprints on it. I was not satisfied with my service and how my car was handled. Service was sloppy. I still need the heating mechanism in my steering wheel looked at because my request for it to be looked at did not happen. I will have to take my car somewhere else for service moving forward.
