This is the 2nd time I waited 3 hours with an appointment for an oil change. To the manager’s discovery, My vehicle wasn’t registered even though it said it on the pad. So my vehicle was just sitting for 3 hours. I was sitting for 3 hours. This happened to me at my last visit too. Also , in my last visit the tech didn’t do the 21 inspection like he said he did or wrote down . If the pads are not working right then get rid of them. I was very unsatisfactory with the service at the last two visits for an oil change. This is unacceptable public service!

This is the first time I did not get a video inspection via text message. I waited for 45 minutes after I dropped my car off. Waiting in the waiting room, I called the Service Desk to ask why I didn't receive a message about m6 car. I had to speak to a couple of people to find out about my car. I even left the waiting room to go see what was happening with my car. As long as I have been bringing my car here, I never had this experience. I was finally text a report, no video inspection as usual. The cashier was extremely helpful and went to ask if I could get the vehicle inspection report. I knew this was nit herjob and I really appreciated her going above and beyond to assist me. I was very unsatisfied with this service visit. Not my usual experience.
