I was thoroughly satisfied and impressed by the sheer professionalism from the entire Advantage team! I felt welcomed as soon as I pulled into the Service Bay Area and was greeted by Symone! The entire process was thoroughly explained along with an accurate estimate of the time it would take to finish the recall on my vehicle. I was impressed by the shuttle transportation offering! Both service gentlemen were pleasant, professional and extremely safe drivers.

Symone Minter was lovely. I remembered her from my last visit. Very professional.
However, unfortunately, I was disappointed with whoever was responsible for my car wash. My last visit in January I was surprised how lovely the car looked. They carefully wiped it down as well. This time the car windows had water stains, all of them, and when I got home & parked the car in my garage I saw that the outside of the entire car had water stains. It seems that someone just hosed down the car with water so it was wet, but not actually clean at all.
Never received results of my multi-point inspection. Simone apologized saying you are having issues with your internet.
I think it is because of this gadget you installed with the speed bump as you drive in. Someone higher up has made a very bad decision, in my opinion. Money not well spent at all.
