He kept going to get me help after I let him know that the problem I was having was not occurring before I brought my car in to you the day before. He showed that he was concerned and treated me as a valued customer

The concerns I had weren’t addressed in the initial inspection! I had to call back to inquire if a through check was done. Which caused another fee and additional fees to only be told they didn’t have the parts my car needed to finish the job. The communication was bad. I specifically asked for a phone call for diagnostic results and never got it. I also never got notified when my vehicle was finish.

The guy that checked me in didn’t seem to be a people person. Did not greet me. Just walked up and asked was I coming in for an oil change.
When I went to pay for my service me and the cashier had a staring contest.
She finally said can I help you. Afterwards she gave me my receipt and I had to ask where my car was located. Your staff should smile more and engage with the customers.
