This is the second time I have tried to be overcharged for an oil change and tire rotation.
I booked both appointments through the Buick app at one price and get told a higher price at the dealer.
I spent $28,000 on a brand new vehicle with your company and this is disappointing.
If this happens again,
I will probably be taking my vehicle elsewhere for service and definitely won’t return when I purchase another vehicle.
I am not mad just disappointed.

The charge for an oil change has been different and more expensive every time I come there. I’m sorry, but I am capable of changing my own oil and for what you charge, I will go back to doing so.

I would have preferred to be asked what type of oil I wanted. I use full synthetic, not a blend. It's my fault for not asking what type oil you were using. And I am used to the truck being washed after the service. It had oily hand prints on it instead. Sorry, had different expectations.
