Radiator overflow cap was not threaded on. The insulation piece, hood liner has a big hole in the center of it. The secondary battery tray has a lot of oil in it. Oily fingerprints all over the front end of the truck, took pictures of everything. Intend to call about it Monday.

We have had many issues with our 2016 Ford Explorer we purchased from Leta in Cape in May of 2023. It has had many, many, issues over the course of us owning it and it has been very difficult to stay positive about this vehicle. If I could go back, I would not have purchased the vehicle. With that said, Every issue that has occurred on the vehicle, had been taken care of when brought in and we have been very glad to have a warranty. I’m pretty much done with Fords with this experience. With all that said, the very very best thing about our experience with Leta has been Terra. She has absolutely, positively taken care of my wife and I in all 4 separate, major issues we’ve had with this vehicle. She has went above and beyond and been patient with me even when I have been frustrated with the issues that have simply been a crappy 2016 Ford Explorer. Should have bought a Buick. At any rate, Terra deserves a raise and all the accolades someone so helpful deserves.
