Had to wait quite awhile to get our keys and settle bill. It was after 5 and not a good transition to get it done with sales people after we were told we could. Agreed to have a Leta license plate put on our car and get a small discount. It was not done.

After having our vehicle less than 3 months we had a door panel fell off and having to replace the battery. I have never had these issues in all other vehicles I’ve owned within months of owning. Staff was told twice to change the battery because from Sunday when it had to be fully charged to start to Thursday at dealer it was already down to 50%. Before coming i was told to come in 20 minutes after confirming they replaced battery. Went to pick it up and it was confusion. Battery wasn’t replaced. Was told it would be replaced and dropped off at my work in Jackson within a hour. Being back at work, and after the hour, nobody had called about my van. I called dealership to ask about drop off because I get off work at 430 and they said they were sending it off at that time. I get a call that worker was at my house. I told them I’m at work. I had to wait on them to get to my work. I was late leaving and late picking up my kids. I’m very unsatisfied. Also paying extra on extended warrant and within 3 months, I would think things would be different.

As you are aware, I just recently brought my vehicle in for service (Wednesday). Upon getting into my whomever worked on my car lot only left mud and oil in it, the scratched the foot paneling and ripped my floor mat around the area that attaches to the floor. I was also told that my auto-stop feature was fixed as well and to for some reason ithat feature still doesn’t work like it did upon purchasing the vehicle. Because of the time of day I didn’t have a moment to return back to the dealership. Therefore I called and left a general message on the service line during business hours which was around 3:45pm. With no return call from anyone by mid morning yesterday, I placed another and specifically asked to speak with Tobias. I was told that he was with a customer so I left my name and number as well as why I was calling. To this moment I have yet to hear back from him or anyone from the service department regarding my calls. Being that we have recently moved to the area I find it to be very frustrating that a new customer or any customer for that matter would have their vehicle treated this way as well as have anyone not return a call. I get it, we are just another vehicle that comes in for service. However we are GM owners and always looking to support our local dealers when we can. With the professionalism I have been shown over the last couple days it would be hard for me to step back into your dealership for anything related to my vehicles. I just want to know is it too much to be a professional and return a customer call or treat a customers vehicle like you would treat the owners vehicle?
