The key to my answer is the word "completely." Jim was great to work with. The frustration was that the tech recommended that I change my spark plugs when they are not due by mileage or symptoms. Thanks to Jim for taking the time to discuss with me. I'm impressed that the tech took the time and effort to check my battery filters - this is the first time that any facility has done that without my request. Seems strange to me that they did need work so soon after the last time, but I'm not taking a chance with my batteries. I appreciate you guys scheduling me in at a last minute. Thanks. Every one that I interacted with was kind and helpful.

I was told when I made the appointment that you would have my truck for a couple of days. It ended up being six days. The courtesy vehicle I was given was a Prius, which is not conducive to my lifestyle for somebody who hauls hay and shavings. I had to make other arrangements because I was misled and told that the truck would only be there for a couple of days when ended up being six days. When I called on Wednesday to check the status of it, Amanda lied to me and told me that the lift was all on, but everything else needed to be completed before it could be picked up and that would be on Friday. When I called on Friday, she told me that the lift wasn’t completed yet because The wrong size bolts were sent so somebody had to drive down to Denver on Thursday to get the right size bolts. How could the lift be completed on Wednesday? If you guys didn’t have the right size bolts? And that it may not even be done Saturday and that they would need to keep it till Monday. I told her that that was completely not satisfactory to me and that it must be done on Friday. Of course it didn’t get done on Friday so I had to cancel my plans that I had over the weekend in order to pick it up on Saturday. When I picked it up everything that was supposed to be done. I got a call on Saturday around 2:30 saying the truck was done and I could come pick it up. It was not completed. The only thing from the pikes Peak package that was done was the front window tinting and now I have to bring it in on Wednesday to get the rest of it completed. Not only that, but I noticed today that there are bubbles in both of the front windows from the tent so now you guys have to fix and re-tent the front windows again. this shop is completely unorganized and there’s a huge lack of communication because I spoke to Amanda‘s manager and Amanda‘s manager told me that he told Amanda that the vehicle would have to be at the shop for at least five days. A couple of days is not five days. I am completely dissatisfied with the service department at the shop.

Strather was very polite, as were the other two service representatives I dealt with. It was easy to use Lyft to work. I appreciated the cup of coffee. I have been surprised that Toyota doesn’t vacuum the interior before they pull it around. I know rinsing the car off takes time and is an expense, but a quick vacuum would be a really great touch.
