After waiting at the service center for over a hour, to have a specific part I ordered and installed into my vehicle, I was informed by Kevin, the part I had ordered by one of the Parts Department reps was the wrong one. In addition, Kevin also informed me the part I wanted doesn’t exist for my vehicle. If this was so, I should have been informed by the Parts Department rep up front. This didn’t happen and I wasted my entire time driving to and from the Toyota Dealership, plus waiting to find out about the part incompatibility for my vehicle. I don’t blame Kevin, as he was very helpful. The Parts Rep should’ve been on top of this at the start. NOT SATISFIED.
