Ashley is always amazing! This was my second interaction with her for my daughter’s car, the first time was for tires. Went to pick up her car and they put the wrong one on her car, Ashley got it fixed immediately. Scott was great - zero issues or complaints. He ???? delivered to the best of his ability. However - the fix provided in a 2+ hour software download (of which the first attempt failed) seems a bit bizarre to am IT Professional of 30+ years. I LOVE my Tundra and pray she is with me for many years to come, so that means I will continue to utilize COS Toyota to keep her in great shape. My only constructive feedback would be to Toyota corporate to ensure you give your team the best chance of success with reliable “fixes” & tools to service their customers.
