Ian treated me very well! Service squeezed me in, even though my appointment, which was presumed confirmed, was not booked. Their techs diagnosed the repair quickly. They had the Sequoia repaired mid morning, even when they were down a tech! The communication was prompt and professional. I'll be coming again for my next specialty repair.

One of the items recommended ( valvoline foam air cleaner ) I had never heard of nor did I understand the purpose. I declined it but it would have been appropriate for someone to actually call me to go over the recommendations. Texting is fine to a point but sometimes an actual call is more informative.
