Receipt & programming of 2nd FOB good.
Had running boards installed. Product is good, installation as well, COST of labor was WELL over what seems reasonable. While I appreciated the military discount on the part $721.05, the labor was a whopping $852, not incl a haz waste charge for $69.95. Shame on me for not getting a quote, a mistake I won't make again. I was told it was a bigger job than anticipated & given a courtesy vehicle also appreciated. After having a better understanding of what the installation entailed, I'm not confident the job warranted the excessive labor charges.

I came in to purchase a key fob and have it programmed. No one told me that the key shank does not come with the $200 fob, not the parts department or the service advisor.
The service department did remove a nail from one tire, I believe I would have made sure the air in all tires were set to the proper psi. They also completed work on a recall that I was not aware of.
Still the visit was 2.5 hours, too long!
