My right rear tire developed a whole right underneath the Michelin logo. Toyota ordered the tire, honored my ‘road-hazard warranty, and charged me nominally; the total was less than $50. I left totally satisfied.

So Sarah Massanou made sure to stay fully transparent on my car and its diagnostics, the estimated repair time, what the Warranty company agreed to and why as to what they said no to covering, as well as took care of the Loaner car costs.
