The service itself was the usual high quality. However, it was irritating that the cost estimate was out of whack with the invoice I received. The estimate for this visit was $869.22 before applying a 10% coupon. The invoice was $956.12 with the 10% coupon applied. That was an unpleasant surprise.

I came in for recall work. I never heard “we’re sorry for your inconvenience “. Service took longer than predicted because a tire drop off blocked my vehicle. Very clear that customer first is not part of the dealership values.

Overall service was great. Was in and out efficiently. However, my headlights were changed from the auto position to off. This happened at my last service, too. I get that the lights are likely annoying in the shop, but please return them to the auto setting. WAY to many people out there with their lights off.
