I was scheduled for an oil change, tire rotation, and to check the AC. After 2-1/2 hours I had to find someone to tell me what was going on as I had never been informed of any progress or issues. My company truck, turns out, needed additional service and Sarah was waiting for a supervisor to send the request through the system. It would have helped to been informed of the issues and given the option to continue waiting, make calls to someone that could have pushed through the approvals, or made my own decision to have the work performed at a later time. Being left out of this loop was inconvenient and frustrating in the end.
