I have a major complaint with your Service Mngr Sarah M. and Eli the Tech. I brought my 23 Tacoma Pro in for a 30K service. After some deliberation I decided to buy some Toyo Tires Open Country III AT tires. Sarah ordered them and I took a ride home.
I arrived at Toyota around 1545 and was informed by Sarah my vehicle was ready to go. As I did a walk around my vehicle I noticed that I still had Goodyear Kevlar tires on my truck and NOT my Toyo's. I walked back to Sarah's desk and informed her I had wrong tires on my truck. She didn't believe me so she walked out to truck to verify.
Upon her return I was told she would replace tires with ones I ordered w/o doing an alignment. I said NO, you will do another alignment as they are totally different tires. She agreed.
Needless to say I didn't get truck back until 1800.
I'm very disappointed in the service I received or DIDN'T receive in a timely manner.
I've owned Toyota's since 1978 and love the brand, but your Service dept. needs some training going forward. I've never received since bad service from a Toyota dealership.
Losing a customer may to matter to you, but my belief in your service dept. lends me to find another dealer that cares about their customers and attention to details.
I did tell Sarah I would like to talk to someone in charge but that never happened.

We had our vehicle serviced and checked less than a month ago and had to come back in for major repairs. I was told that I could get a ride home and was asked to sit in the waiting area. An hour and forty minutes went by, and I asked about the ride and was told they never ordered a ride for me. Then the repair was quoted at over $1,000 more than another mechanic quoted. We have loved the service at this dealership in the past, but this was not a good experience.
