My problem was not resolved. I had to take my vehicle to the carwash myself to get the results that they should done themselves. My truck has not been fixed and I have little confidence that it will.

Service did a good job trying to locate the problem. However, my truck did this problem 8 to 10 times more on the way home. I called your service dept back and informed them I was bring my truck back for the needed repairs as they weren't exactly sure that was the problem. I believe they were correct and will be getting it repaired tomorrow. Thanks for the help.

Yes, Mrs. Mendoza was very professional, and helpful with all the recommended service I came there for, she's on the ball and very organized when it comes to pulling up information and insurance policies to help me resolve any issues I may have with my vehicle. Good place 10 out of 10 went in for an oil change and tire rotation to the oil change with good time. I got there early they were helpful and did a good job clean the car afterwards. Will probably go back for the oil change and tire rotation like they gave me a paper of my car that I diagnostics I was helpful. also shout out to the mechanics.
