Car has had weird door lock out issues from new. Nothing discovered during the visit. Did get new fob batteries. Yay.

Everytime I get my oil and filter change. There seems like there’s always something wrong with my car. 1st time I had my oil and filter changed someone unhooked my car battery. Which shouldn’t been unhooked. I had to get someone to help me to get my CarPlay to work. The time was way off.. i was told my back up camera wasn’t working and it was. I know my car is under warranty. Why fix something that’s working??
Everytime it’s either I need front alignment done . I got new tires on my car and did get a front alignment. Now this time I need that done, my brakes and now it’s my transmission
Total cost is $700 some odd dollars. I have 72000 some odd miles on my car. And you are making it like my car is falling apart.. why should I get another Nissan? I thought Jack was quite rude when I walked In, saying I did it backwards and the other guy said I did. I didn’t feel good I have bronchitis and the side next to the doors was empty.. Jack was saying he was joking.
I really don’t appreciate how it was handled . Also my complaint is you have to pay for a bottle of water. Over at Terry Labonte they have a refrigerator with bottled water for free and they have some snacks for free for their customers. We used to buy from Asheboro Nissan got tired of the way things that happened. Oh yes! I ONLY had 1 key for the car and it took close to 2 months to get a key.
Nothing has changed with Asheboro Nissan it’s the same as it was.. I know I am a woman and I am not stupid. My husband DOES keep up with my car.
Asheboro Nissan is wrong trying to find faults with my car and I don’t drive my car to the ground.. We had the car going on for 2 years with 72,000 odd miles on it.. as of now.. the car had 58,000 some odd miles on the car when we bought it..
