As a loyal customer for 13 years I was disappointed with the way they handled me this time I needed to get some tires from another place because yours was too high for what I needed so it could be inspected after they finish doing my other repairs all I wanted to do was take the vehicle to put the tires on and come back so they could inspect it but I was was told they couldn’t do that I was leaving my frontier there while I was going to go down the street but they didn’t let me do this
I have brought several vehicles here and I was getting ready to buy one once they were finished if this is how you treat your loyal customer maybe I need to go somewhere else

I would be, but I went to get my keys fixed (due to a recall) and only one of my 2 keys got fixed. The spare was folded and in my cup holder. The recall fix makes them unable to fold.
