The only issue I have is the cost. We used to get an oil change with no rotation for $85 now with complimentary rotation it $95 before tax. I will probably not be getting oil changes done at Baxter moving forward.

Two hours for a scheduled oil change is ridiculous. Also asked to have wipers replaced, wasn’t done. Was told I could come back to have them replaced free, finding time to do so will be a challenge.

I had scheduled appt at 11:00 and was on time, checked in and was told May take 1 1/2 to 2 hours, at this point I had no choice. Then 2 1/2 hours later I get my vehicle. That is unacceptable for a scheduled routine maintenance appt. I respect your time by being on time, I expect the same in return. The actual service was acceptable, just the timing was not
