Polite respectful customer service. However I was quoted a price of 202 dollars and the bill was 275. That’s a huge discrepancy and there wasn’t a satisfactory explanation. I also had a coupon for 20 off. That final price was 1/3 higher than the original quote. Very misleading

Chance’s customer service skills are among the best I’ve received in the service industry. He was very thorough, without talking above my head. He explained everything regarding my service work and was patient with me when I needed some clarification on the estimate. He wasn’t there when I picked up my vehicle, but I hope that my satisfaction with his services is delivered. If I could rate the service on a scale of 1-10, I’d give it an 11!!!! :)
