As a disabled driver, my modifications on my chair were displaced in another seat and I had to physically move and rearrange my seat which was very difficult. Very few workers were left at 4:45pm. It took about 10 hours for them to complete the fixes, which was much longer than quoted. Lastly, the issue on my vehicle was under warranty and completely free, yet I had to pay for labor charges associated with disassembling and reassembling my ramp. The ramp is a basic access need, and I feel I was being charged extra due to having a disability. Lastly, when I checked in I was asked if I wanted a car wash, I responded yes, and did not receive one.

It took Two hours to do a check, oil change and tire rotation. I wasn’t even notified the check was done until I went to the service counter after waiting an hour and fifteen minutes. Asked to speak to the service manager and he was helpful and sympathetic. Other customers may vote with their feet and never return. Obviously you have an issue with your service department. You’d better get it fixed or you will lose a lot of business!

Also I paid and left my car at the lot for a bit because we were out and a out at the time. The service guy said it was fine. When I came back to grab my car my window was DOWN! I was terrified something or someone had gotten into my car then this whistling noise is not okay
