Paul was very nice and kept informed what was going on with my car. Now your car wash is a different story. That’s the first time it didn’t clean my car. Lots of areas were missed especially the back. They should have ran it through the wash again.

I called in to get a quote to have a few parts replaced. I spoke to a parts representative and they said it would be a day to get some of the parts. After getting an additional quote, I called back to schedule an appointment and the service representative put me on hold and called the parts department. When he came back on the line, he said they did in fact have the parts so we scheduled the appointment today at 1 PM. I went down to the service station to drop off my car, and after checking in my car and waiting in the waiting area I was told my parts weren’t here and then I would have to make another appointment. Needless to say, your mistake cost me over an hour of my day, and nothing was done to my vehicle. Later in the day, I get a text saying my car had been serviced, and is ready. Really??

My oil change today was the best experience I’ve had with Toyota service dept! I live in Lincoln and have went there every time before but got tired of issues arising from every oil change. This was a breath of fresh air. I will definitely be coming back to this service dept.
